What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To initially find strengths and weaknesses. Get an understanding of the flexibility of the student. Find out if there are any physical limitations for the student. The second step is to begin instruction of the fundamentals and basics of all golf aspects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of New Mexico State University Professional Golf Management Program. I have been a PGA member for 20 years. I have an extensive playing career in my 20+ year career which includes several PGA tour tournaments and a PGA championship appearance. I have many years of teaching all different levels and because of my experience teaching and playing I can bring to students an approach that has proven over the years to make everyone better.

How did you get started teaching?
I got my start in the golf business through two uncles in the golf business. I have developed my teaching skills through my playing experience and through my years of teaching as well as through the multitudes of golf professionals I have worked with in my career.
