JHErickson Voice Studio

I am a singer and voice instructor with 25+ years of experience. I have a doctorate in vocal performance and teach at the university level as well as in my private studio. I accept new students (by audition/interview) ages 14 and up who are seeking to expand their vocal technique. I specialize in Classical/Opera, but also have a great deal of experience with Musical Theatre and Jazz styles.

I have a passion for teaching and love the challenge of helping someone find their voice. I actively pursue training and study about the voice and work to stay current with voice science and technique. I am an active performer and enjoy the process of practicing what I preach.
