I was very lucky to be taught my skills by very strong leaders and musicians. They believed in me when no one else would. Now, I want to do the same for anyone who's looking for it.

Seeing people improve their leaderhsip ability or musical ability is something I would consider priceless. Seeing someone have a break-through with someone on their team or master a guitar riff for the first time; that's what I enjoy most about this.
