Sewing can be one of the most satisfying activities in the world! With it you can make just about anything! Patience is important for both the student and instructor. I remind students that they couldn't run when they stood up the first time so I don't want them to be too hard on themselves when everything doesn't go right the first time. I remind them when they've done something right, even if it's a do-over, and explain why it's important for their finished product and satisfaction with it! Let's do this sewing thing!
