Steve has played a tremendous role in the progress I've made as a guitar player. Lessons with him are enjoyable, rewarding, and low stress. He is a good listener; he pays attention to my playing and my questions, and provides valuable feedback. The work he gives me between lessons is always challenging, but reasonable, keeping me motivated and keeping the momentum going on improving my technique and musicality. He plays beautifully and seems to genuinely enjoy discussing all things related to music and the guitar.

He’s awesome! I feel like i’m actually learning when we have a session. Any questions that i have he’s has an answer, even if it’s not directly about the bass, like music theory or anything about music in general. He also talked time to learn what I want out of being a musician and curates our lessons to that while still teaching me fundamentals. #1 things is that he’s patient. If he knows that pure trying and your not getting it he’s will to got over a section again and again until you get it right. Very thankful for David.

Ian is a very talented guitar and music theory instructor! He helped me grow as a musician and better understand the theory behind music so I could apply things like scales on my own. He is a creative and thoughtful teacher and helps to explain not just how to play music but why certain musical theory rules work. Sammie is a great teacher. She explains everything clearly and helps me learn notes faster. I also like how I can play fun pop songs in her class. She accompanies me with a more advanced part and it is fun to jam together. I feel like I am in a rock band.

Sarah is an excellent teacher of piano and music. My both kids love learning and interacting with her. She is very patient and cheerful, and supportive of learning process. She has transitioned to online classes seamlessly to adjust to the pandemic situation. We do miss seeing her for in-person classes. Sarah is a wonderful person, I highly recommend her as a piano teacher for kids and all age groups.

For the past 10 years, our children have been Mrs. Hudson's students. Mrs. Hudson's patience, joyful heart, and passion for music make her an exceptional teacher. She gently encourages her students and provides many opportunities for musical growth. My son gained a solid, lifelong skill and appreciation for music working with Mrs. Hudson for 5 years. My daughter started at age 4 in a group keyboard lesson, and now, at age 12, works with Mrs. Hudson to prepare for Royal Conservatory evaluations in music theory and piano. Preparing and progressing through the Royal Conservatory levels is a challenge that my daughter enjoys. I am most grateful that she loves music and loves sitting down to play, and I thank Mrs. Hudson for that!

I had many “in person”options around where I live but my son still prefers to learn online with notesnbeats! In total a wonderful journey!!!
