As a retired Professional athlete, playing in the NBA and overseas professionally, my advantage on the court was always stronger due to the mindset and mental side I approached the game with alongside my physical skills. It’s a true art. An art I would Like to teach others, so they too can gain an advantage on the court, while allowing it to spill off the court.
