My specialty is corrective exercise, and injury prevention.
The reason I've chosen that is I've overcome a few major injuries(knee, and achilles among others). If you work out hard enough to get, or stay in shape the odds are sooner or later you'll have an injury of some sort.

Our philosophy is very different from other gyms. We believe there is a difference between Training and Exercising. Training is putting the body under a progressive overload every session, writing down every workout in training logs and progressing off of the previous session. Exercising is doing a workout to feel tired and out of breath. The problem with exercising is it's easy to become tired and when tiredness is the goal, progress is forgotten.
