I've loved football and endurance running most of my life. I played youth football, middle school and high school ball, jounior college, D3, and recreational ball until I was 30 years old. I now coach rec. leagues as a defensive coordinator but I love to work with individual position groups and fundamentals for both sides of the ball and special teams. I was active in marathon running until an injury derailed my running career, I want to help athletes avoid the mistakes I made. I have completed 30+ mile runs and finished a marathon at just over 3 hours (PR)....
