Hello, my name is Caren. I love cooking and sharing that passion with others. I am a self taught cook and have been cooking since I was very young. I started with lessons from my grandmother and cherish those memories in the kitchen with her. I have been posting food and recipes on my personal Facebook page for over 12 years and always had people asking for me to teach them. I have developed a skill of combining flavors, cooking for friends and family lead me to this journey after hearing how I need to do something with my talents.
