I am classically trained at cooking and teaching seniors and young adults to cook. My specialty is Southern cusine,, Italian, Asian and American entrees ....but I can cook nearly anything given enough time.
I started my cooking career in Chicago in 1997 at Le Cordon Blue and moved to Atlanta where I lived for 18 years. I learned the finer points of Southern cooking in the South. I moved to Mesa in 2011 where I learned more about Southwestern cuisine. I also love classic American cooking dishes and appetizers. My strong points are gravies and sauces and cake decorating and catering for small groups
