Tennis With Martap

Hi there! My name is Marta and I’m originally from Poland. I started playing tennis when I was 7 years old. I became a top10 player in my country and I traveled across Europe playing ITF tournaments. After high school I decided to play Division 1 college tennis. I went to NAU in flagstaff and played primarily number 3 in singles and 2 in doubles. Together with my team we were able to won regional championships my junior and senior year. My coaching passion started in 2017 when I flew to Minnesota to coach in one of tennis academies over there. I coached entire summer and spent 7-8 hours a day on tennis courts. I realized that even though my tennis college career ended I can give back to the sport and coach children and teenagers helping them understand the game.

I decided to get USPTA certification as tennis instructor.

I believe building strong foundation in basics is crucial if you really want to learn how to play. In addition, I can help you improve your tennis incorporating more advanced drills. I try to make my lessons fun and positive. There was a time when I lost my love for tennis and I would never want that for any of my students! Whether you’re a beginner, or you played before and have some skill I’m your gal!
