Hello and welcome! My name is Paige Carpenter, I am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I also coach both indoor and sand volleyball. I played collegiate volleyball for 2 years before COVID brought me back home to Arizona. I am passionate about the importance of fitness and how it correlates to an individual’s overall well being.
