I teach, train, plan and program, the traditional Pilates method, with a twist; but also incorporate functional movement methodologies and standard , yet creative , Personal Training Fitness techniques. I use my own system of the 30/30 approach. Each session will include 30 min of Pilates foundational to advanced moves,on specialized equipment and mat; and 30 min of functional and/or Strength training. This combination allows for the most effective yet fun and interesting training program. Each session is tailored toward every individual's personal goals, needs , and physical limitations....
