Comfort Cuisine is excited to offer cooking lessons to individuals wanting to learn the basics of preparing Louisiana's cajun, creole, and other southern comfort, and ethnic soul food dishes. Students will receive personal instruction with Chef Joseph Boudreaux who has over 40 years in the industry and is passionate about sharing the art and skill of these trusted culinary favorites. Comfort Cuisine specializes in Louisiana's southern foods, and also offers Personal Chef and Catering services in Mexican, and Italian Cuisines upon request.
With Chef Joseph Boudreaux, students will enjoy a one on one training experience. Every class will incorporate a complete entree from start to finish. Students will be cooking like a pro in no time.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students are encouraged to express their ideas of what entrees they wish to learn to prepare. Lesson plans are then prepared specifically to meet their specific requirement. Additional instruction will be included to ensure the successful completion of the chosen cuisine, including the accompanying side dishes, and dishes which compliment the chosen entrees.
