I was raised in Italy and moved to Scottsdale about 25 years ago . My cooking is authentic and not americanized in any way so you will learn REAL italian recipes . I travel back to Italy often , and I'm very passionate about cooking and wine .

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I would first like to know what they are interested in learning , then customizing the class to their needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Restaurant experience , self taught cook .
How did you get started teaching?
Customers at the restaurant would always ask me for recipes so I figured that teaching people and showing them how simple cooking can be , would be very appreciated
What types of students have you worked with?
I have always worked with groups of 12-16 people , usually all customers from the restaurant or close friends
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Besides teaching how to cook , I also do private dinners at people's homes . The menu is always customized to the customer's liking . I recently cooked dinner for an all ladies birthday party and everyone enjoyed it !
