Rene is an accredited professional in his craft. He choreographed my wedding and I honestly couldnt have been more pleased. He was very patient with my wife and I as we put his vision into practice and I am very thankful. Word to the wise: anyone considering getting their wedding dance choreographed should do so at least 6 months out. If you are considering doing something like this, I very much recommend Rene/Renegade Ballroom. He has many years of instruction under his belt and has been in many competitions. He knows so many styles of dance and I am sure he can find just about anything to fit your wants.

    Frequently asked questions

I ask them about previous experiences with dance and then I dance them through the level that I've assessed them through. If adjustments need to be made I make them when I see it is appropriate. I also ask questions about their goals and intentions for dancing and propose a plan from there.

I have 28 years of Dance Experience in Mexican folklore Hip Hop/break, Flamenco, Ballet, Modern Jazz and especially Ballroom dancing. I am internationally certified to teach dance through DAVIDA and have performed all over the United States.

My Price is $45 dollars an hour for privates not including rental fees from studios and $80(+/-)per class depending on the quantity of people.

I was asked too start a training class by a Manager at a studio I was taking lessons when I was 20. The training was 7 weeks which was a really short amount of time to which I was oblivious. On week 8 I officially started teaching and I I gained great 6s and have been doing it ever since.

I have worked with students of all ages from the very young about four or five years old all the way to octogenarians. I have work with social hobby dancers performers up-and-coming teachers and even the handicap.

I recently attended and Argentine Tango Festival in which I danced and Mingle with Masters for 4 days. About a month later I had the opportunity to celebrate my birthday at a club and we danced for 6 hours straight.

I would suggest that they research online what style of dancing they want to get into and then try a couple of teachers out. Whichever teacher matches best with their personality should be the one they should try to take lessons with to start.

Consider what they really want from these experinces, also what they might need from an instructor and lastly what they could realistically try to achieve in the beginning.
