What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Learning about their desires in becoming a tennis player and getting to know them by learning where they lag or lack in picking up principles. My goal is to correct them where I see their abilities may be coached better in making the next level in tennis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started learning tennis principles when 15 years old in the U.K. At the time I started playing on grass courts in Eastbourne, Sussex. I have played since then for nearly 47 years, and love the game.

My rates vary according to the distance I have to travel.

By becoming a member of USTA and getting more involved.

Mainly friends and family of different ages and national origins.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Playing on the lovely courts at Laguna Woods. I also follow all major tournaments and currently following the Australian Open.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Please make sure you are learning how to play and getting better through your coach.
