I have loved cooking for over 25 years. I went to culinary school in 2010 and graduated at the top of my class. I have won numerous awards including a 1st place for a McCormick’s cooking creation challenge. I really enjoy cooking. But I love teaching people how to be independent and create their own dishes. I like to start with the very basic information. Then I find out what their goal/objective is and we go from there.

i attended culinary school, have worked in restaurants, the railroad and done private catering.

How did you get started teaching?
i was born to teach and have just done it out of passion for it. I love seeing people when they have that “aha” moment.

when someone that I have cooked for sent me this information because they felt I had the qualifications to teach others and I loved would suggest they hire someone that possesses-learn the skills that they want to
