I teach beginner's, intermediate and advanced tap classes. For more information go to Meet up.com Time To TAP in Placentia, Ca. I currently teach in my in home studio.
Started dancing at age 3, teaching and choreographer by 9 yrs old. Los Angeles Studio, Al Gilbert and Patricias School of Dance in Anaheim, Ca. Instruction includes, ballet, point, tap, jazz and interpretive dance.
Opened several of my own studios and have Vollenteered teach ballet at Braille Institute.
My passion now is to teach at your pace, dust off your old tap shoes or give it a try !!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always ask about their experience dancing of any kind. Why do you want to Tap Dance?
We have our first class to introduce them and see what level they are at. Then choose the right class.
Private or Group lessons preferred.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
55 years of Dancing ! I started Ballet, Tap and Jazz at age 3.
25 years training at Al Gilbert Studios in Los Angeles
I started teaching at age 9, my instructor saw I was gifted at teaching and choreography.
Choreographed for Magnolia High School drill team, Song Leaders and gave private lessons.
Taught ballet at Braille Institute in Anaheim by instinct.
Taught and ran my own studios since I was 16 years old. Opened several Daycare Centers in OC and taught dancing to my students for free and underprivileged children in the community.
Taught and Choreography for several local Playhouse theaters and musicals.
Taught tap at Cypress College for Advanced Students.
I'm still always dancing !!!

$10 per one hour group classes
$35 for 4 classes in advance
$20 for Private and Semi Private classes.
How did you get started teaching?
My dance instructor saw I had the gift at age 9 .

Blind students.
