Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It all starts by asking the student which goals he/she is trying to achieve. Sometimes they know what they want but other times a general assessment of skills and fitness is needed.
Typically, the student will ask for my fees and availability.
From here, a plan of action will be discussed to make sure both student and coach can be consistent working together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My fees are $80 an hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I have years of playing and captaining USTA leagues. As a player, I have also taken hundreds of lessons from different coaches.
After a small hiatus due to a shoulder injury, I became a professional trainer and open my own gym.
That was a turning point because it made me realized more than before how important it is to be an OVERALL coach with an understanding of tennis, fitness, and nutrition. That is the reason why I got certified and continue to educate myself in all these areas.
What types of students have you worked with?
I am currently working with kids as little as 3 years old to adults but mostly I do work with kids from the ages of 9 to 16.
