I’ve been into tennis since 1971. I trained with a number of coaches and won a lot of tennis tournaments in tennis clubs and USTA. I trained in hitting difficult shots like high and low balls including the backhand overhead. My coaching focuses on modern tennis techniques and metal toughness as I had been been doing for more than 20 years.

My specialized services includes also life coaching, meditation, and personal training, all tailored to nurture both physical prowess and mental resilience. I was a former high school Physical Education teacher and basketball coach
