I work by hearing your goals and assessing where you currently sit. From there I work up a plan to get you there along side with nutritional guidance.
Thing I love most about personal training and coaching is watching my clients achieve their goals right before my eyes. Fitness was a game changer for my life, starting out very overweight and self-conscious. I want to give the same experience for my clients because I know how life changing this can be!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
On our first meeting I will see where we are starting from. I will test the stability, flexibility, and strength of each client as well as fitness/nutritional background to properly program an efficient workout plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S kinesiology
NASM-CPT.
I've been personal training for 9 years and been coaching wrestling for 11 years at the highschool level. I am also an active men's physique competitor in bodybuilding. I am confident I can get you to your fitness goals!
