I will take the time to ensure you are understanding the concepts and developing the skills required to build a musical vocabulary. All while keeping a positive attitude and listening to what you want to learn.
Music is the communal language of the world. Music has allowed me to express myself to anybody who wants to listen. And to bring spirit and energy out from within another person is a feeling that cannot be described. That is what I want to bring to others, in as many ways as possible.

Micah focussed on building up new types of coordination in isolation and then adding them together to help learn complicated patterns efficiently! He has an amazing ear and knows how to rephrase concepts in legible ways when something isn’t clicking. He taught how to read drum music and did a great job describing time signature and overall structure of beats. Micah is super easy going and a sweet guy.
