How can I start taking lessons at ESPT?
We recommend you do the free assessment to see your level of Spanish. just send us an email to [email protected], set up a zoom meeting with one of our teachers.
Just by trying to make conversation in Spanglish or Spanish, we will see your level of Spanish, for example, Beginner a1 or intermediate b2.
Based on your level, age, motivations, and needs we prepare a tailored curriculum.

Materials
We have a wonderful pdf library so printing is optional, we don’t stick to one book, we want to bring the universe into the classroom. But is highly recommended to print or to have a notebook in order to do some handwriting. Writing by hand is also shown to increase memory and retention. The act of putting pen to paper activates areas of the brain that helps student increase their comprehension
Culture
There is no teaching of language without teaching the culture, that’s why our teachers are from Spanish speaking countries. We want to show you customs, traditions, nonverbal expressions, and other relevant cultural aspects of that language deemed essential to interact with the speakers of that language.
How is a normal class at Easy Spanish para ti?
We start with a speaking portion talking about our week, the news, etc. At the beginning will be more English, gradually will move to Spanglish and finally only Spanish
If you have class once a week and do homework another day you end up having 2 learning days! We focus our lesson on speaking, doing listening activities, and reading aloud, the writing portion takes too much thinking and time, that’s why we prefer that you do it at home. We check your homework by reading aloud and correcting pronunciation.
As we use grammatical structure, learning is based on a theme or tense, for example learning past tense means reading about history, talking about your childhood or what you did last week at the same we can help you make meaningful sentences that will be remembered forever.
We love practicing dialogues and reading aloud.
Speaking and hearing yourself speak helps the brain to store the information so that it becomes long-term memory.
Reading aloud builds many important foundational skills, introduces vocabulary, provides a model of fluent, expressive reading.
Note: Avoid canceling lessons, is important that there is consistency in learning. If your teacher won't be present we have a wonderful team of substitute teachers that can work with you, is really good for students to learn about a different culture and country, at the same time immersing in a different teaching style, this always will be a great opportunity!

look for a professional, being able to speak a language doesn't mean that they can actually teach.
