Alfonso is very patient, kind, and encouraging. He makes sure during and after you are not in pain. He checks in on you after to make sure you are doing well. You will see a huge improvement in your daily life after he starts training you.

Personalized workout techniques that fit my needs and strengthens my weak body areas are what I like most about LLC. New techniques are reviewed well so I can benefit from each workout session. The convenience of at my biome session. I can no longer drive. It saves me money because I qqqqqdon’t have to pay a caregiver to drive me and wait for my sessions to be completed each week. LLC is costly but I breakout even over the year. I hope to continue with LLC until I am healed or better due to my disability. Gilbert is knowledgeable about the many parts of the body and he explains why we are doing the exercises I’m taught to do. I always have excellent workouts sessions with LLC.
