I provide professional customized fitness programs for medical or non-medical conditions. I have over 24 years experience in Physical Therapy. I have treated multitude of Orthopedic, Chronic conditions and Autoimmune patients. I am experienced with post rehab conditions and Aquatic fitness/ rehab.
Rehab fitness programs for Fall Risk, Balance Training, Peripheral Neuropathy, Strokes, Parkinson's and Cardiac conditions.
Strength and Conditioning all ages for competition or non-competition, flexibility and general conditioning.
What I enjoy about my work is having the freedom to create, customize and see first hand results from the client's initial goals. Also, developing lasting relationships as consultant, trainer, mentor and friendships.
