What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I like to get to know the student. I ask them what their dance level is, their experience, what style they are looking to train in and what their goals are for the session. From there I can create a lesson plan specific to each student to helo acheive their goals!

How did you get started teaching?
I started as a hip hop assistant when I was in high school and I would teach dance lessons at summer camp. Eventually, I joined the hip hop team in University and became Co-President of FLOW Dance Club where I taught my own intermediate/advanced class and choreographed for the performance team. After that, I was a dance instructor at various studios and for mobile teaching companies called In the Mix and UGOT Active Kids.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with toddlers all the way to adults with varying experience levels from very beginner to advanced.
