What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We talk about goals and why they want to dance. Dancing can be for fun, for fitness, for self expression... anything. But it's always best to start with a goal in mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors are professional dancers who have taught for years. Many are internationally acclaimed and titled competitors.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private lessons run between $80-$130/ lesson depending on the student and the teacher chosen. Youth rates are on the lower end, adult in the middle, competitive dancers at teh upper end of the range.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types, ages, genders, and ability levels.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Why do I want to learn to dance? How much practice time am I wanting to put in? Do I want to dance for fun or competition?
