About
I am a graduate of the Stella Adler Academy located in Hollywood, CA. I have played many lead roles in front of audiences numbering up to 2,400. I taught acting for 5 years discovering and developing a processs that creates a life and spirit to the character you are cast to play. The process triggers the instincts with which we are born. Anybody can learn the process and is irrelevant of one's personality. The key is the desire to learn. Whether one wants to become an engineer, a teacher, a carpenter or an actor, it will not happen without the desire to learn the skills.
If you are a seasoned actor, I will work with you on monologues, plays and auditioning. I will introduce you to a process separate from using sense memory and emotional recall. My process excludes the use of relaxing exercises to ease tensions before doing a scene. Exercises are necessary, however, before taking on any physical endeavor, i.e., jogging, wrestling, stage combat.
We are born with ability to love, hate, kill, care and more. Nobody teaches a baby to smile, to turn over to crawl, to cry to its desires, dance to music or to not share toys. We are born with these instincts. My process triggers these instincts to where you lose yourself and allow the life and spirit that you create for your character to take over your body, down to your sweat glands.
