My program I will provide the basic fundamentals of tennis for everyone who joins it. I promise this program you will learn the foot work, forehand, back hand, short volleys, winner shots, consistency and mindset of the game!!

1. Learning what is tennis

2. Fundamentals on how to use the mechanics to play the game

3. We will focus on no errors and more discipline

4. Patient mediation we use to create consistent shots and to keep your game up high and bigger which pros/ other clubs don't know.

5. In tennis you use physicality and mentality which creates stress, but you will know how to control it and the key will be patient mindset.

The goal of my program will be to improve players to advance to college

level, atp pro level. Are focus will be setting goals, schedules and fixing the mindset of are players to compete at a high level each second and aim for being 1st place everyday!
