What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Having a conversation about what their focus is then building around them. I always like to jump in with the work. If it's On-Camera then we're going to get on camera immediately etc.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Hire someone who's working in the business because the industry is always changing and you want someone who's current on the trends, who knows what TV shows are hot and who's winning awards etc.
