We offer private and group classes in Chula Vista and private online sessions in Spanish and English for adults and high school students. Our instructors focus on building our students' confidence. No matter what age our students are, they always learn something new in a positive and fun environment!
All of our classes are customized to our students' individual needs and goals. We provide a free 20-minute assessment to start so we can learn about our students, what their goals are, what their learning needs are, and how we can help them move forward.
We currently offer group classes and private lessons in:
Spanish Conversation | English Conversation
All of our students who take our language classes begin speaking full conversations by the end of the first lesson.

What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with students of all ages, with a focus on teens, business professionals, and retirees.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I'm most proud of our students who have started with us from the beginning of a new language. One of my students, a retiree, started off only knowing a few words in Spanish. Now she can hold complete and full conversations with native Spanish speakers. I love helping people learn a language from start to finish!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a language teacher that's patient and encouraging with her students and willing to customize the course for you and your goals. Also, look for someone who has extensive experience in teaching different ages and levels and can provide the materials for you or knows exactly what curriculum and/or resources she will use to teach you. Everyone has a different learning style, and it's up to your teacher to guide you using what works best for you. Find someone who's willing to listen to your goals and help you works towards them with each lesson. Ask about what books or materials the instructor uses to teach the class. Ask about whether the schedule is flexible, in case emergencies or work challenges come up. Find out about any fees the teacher may charge for canceling or rescheduling a class.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Being consistent is key to learning a new language. Think about how much time you're willing to put in each week to studying. Figure out ways to practice your target language with native speakers in your area. Think about how you enjoy learning and what works best for you so you can communicate this with your teacher.
