What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, we learn the correct grip of the sticks, an even landing on the drum set and the analysis of basic exercises, smoothly moving into more complex ones. We will analyze the various strokes with sticks and how to perform them correctly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing in various bands since childhood. There are different styles including jazz, rock, pop, Latino, Gospel, funk and so on.
What types of students have you worked with?
With all students from age of 6 to unlimited age
