Coach Deep did a great job of working with my 9 year old on QB skills as well as general fitness training and good athlete discipline and habits. His correction to my son’s deep pass throwing mechanics definitely made a noticeable difference this season for our team resulting in more touchdowns and less interceptions. He has and teaches a great work ethic that goes beyond just the sport.

He’s extremely structured, knowledgeable, friendly, motivating, conveniently located and so much more for me to list. If you are like me and put on some unnecessary baggage during Covid or just want to live a healthier life at a fraction of what it would cost you to see a random trainer, you might want to have a consultation with him. I am currently taking classes with Josh, and I like his teaching style. Classes are personalized to an area I want to focus on. After the first week, I saw improvements in my shooting when I played with friends. He has a half-court in his backyard, and I take my classes there. It is very easy to set up an appointment as he texts you ahead of time to confirm, so there are no last-minute changes. I would recommend him to anyone at any level.
