I am fun and playful while also focusing on quick progress and growth. It’s like have a boot camp coach and a cheerleader in one. You’ll feel motivated, joyful, and unstoppable. I coach beginner runners and new dancers to success. You’ll be running your first race or hitting the dance floor dancing salsa in 6-12 weeks! I’ve been teaching salsa and dancing for over 18 years and I’ve been running races and coaching for over 12 years. What makes my running coaching stand out is that I incorporate custom running meditations that are scientifically proven to reprogram your subconscious mind and make you feel more joyful and accomplished.
