Hi my name is Ms.. Anita, I am a Fit Thick Chick who encourages Health,Wellness and Fitness through the power of Dance. Although I specialize on Dance Fitness, I also teach a variety of Dance Styles such as Salsa, Tango, African, Hip Hop, and Modern/ Contemporary. Dancing is a Fun and Energizing way to Loose Weight and get Fit. I teach Multicultural Dance Routines with Toning and Cardio- Fitness Variations. I understand that being a Big Girl can sometimes cause feelings of Insecurity or Intimidation in a Fitness Class of Perfect Bodies in Cute Skimpy Dance Outfits. My classes offer Motivational/ Inspirational Music and Dance Choreography that will make women feel Hot, Attractive, Sexy, and Self Confidence, no matter your Size, Shape or Age. My classes are 'Two Left Feet ' Friendly, meaning, you dont have to be an experienced dancer. I brake down my Routines to simple Choreography that Anyone can learn. All you need is a Towel, Bottle of Water, a Postive Attitude and be ready to Sweat and have FunπŸ’•πŸ’ƒ

Working with Intermidiate or Advanced dancers are great, but what I Love most is working with my Begginers and also students with Balance and Coordination Challeges. I take out the time to brake down my Dance steps into simple 3 Count segments that anyone with 2 left feet can catch on. I'm passionate about giving begginers the Self Confidence they need they need to Feel like a Pro.

    My classes are "Left Feet Friendly" meaning anyone with 2 Left feet can catch on to my training techniques. I brake every step down into counts of 3,6 or 8. There is never a rush, once you are comfortable with the steps,  I add Choreography and music. A beginner will feel like a Pro in No timeπŸ’ƒπŸ•Ί
