I’m a CA Certified and Credentialed K-12 Teacher. I've been teaching and tutoring for 16 years, including 5 years of Full Immersion Spanish, and have a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. Spanish is my first language and am fully fluent in both languages.
I’m also a Life Coach and founder of the Inner Wisdom Academy, a program that helps youth gain confidence, leadership, and social-emotional skills. So as a Learning Coach, I help you or your child with so much more than just academics.
I have helped students as young as four years old and as old as medical health professionals and business executives learn and become confident in Spanish, Math, and in Common Core subjects.

Great connection with my daughter
I didnt sit in on the lesson with my daughter and Taina, but afterward, they seemed to have had a good connection and Taina was able to help my daughter with the issues that she was having with her current problems in math.

Excellent Spanish Tutor!

Friendly, Reliable, and Patient with Fast Results!
Taina has been tutoring my child for 3 weeks and we are already so thankful that we found her. After experiencing a few tutors that werent quite the right fit or werent reliable, we finally found the right one. In just 3 weeks I have seen test scores improve from 50% to 78% and most recently 88%. While test scores are a good measure of success, I also am seeing a great improvement in overall confidence in math. I would highly recommend Taina as your tutor.
