Rho teaches GROOV3 on Wednesdays at 7:30pm at OnOne Studios, and it is a blast! Groov3 is an easy-to-follow hip hop class with a live DJ and great vibes. Rho is a super fun, sassy instructor who breaks down the choreography so that anyone can learn it. The studio is large, welcoming, and conveniently located off the 680 freeway.

Rho Rho is amazing! I was able to keep up with the dance routines in her class because she teaches at a good pace, but also kept it challenging, yet fun! She has great energy and she sure knows how to move and dance. Her classes are a great way to get an alternative cardio workout. I’m looking forward to taking more of her classes!

She is excellent a Hip hop instructor, DanceWithRho class its lot of energy and fun, and every week we learned difference the routine.
Also every time in the class have life DJ music, I dont what to miss any classes. :)
