And it's so fun, you won't think about the health benefits.
If you're like me, I quickly get bored when I'm exercising just for exercise's sake. I had to cancel my gym membership because I paid for a full year and went ONLY TWO TIMES!!! My solution was to just play tennis regularly, and it has kept me in phenomenal shape. I look forward to each tennis session, rather than dreading each exercise session.
Lessons feature stroke development and refinement for both basic and advanced skills, the use of spin, strategy, and repetitive and tactical drills to improve muscle memory and decision-making.
If you prefer, we can just hit, play out points, or play a match without focusing on anything in particular.

Lesson Rates: 1 hour = $40, 2 hours = $70, 3 hours = $90
(Rates apply to a single session. For example, having three 1 hour lessons on separate days will NOT qualify for the discounted rates.)
