With extensive experience in martial arts, particularly judo, where I represented the Brazilian national team and hold a black belt for 13 years, I transitioned from a professional athlete to a personal trainer. I pursued a 4-year degree in physical education followed by a 2-year post-graduate program specializing in functional training and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Since 2016
