Duran Training, founded in 2012, is a personal fitness training company based in Los Angeles, CA, and its surrounding areas. The company specializes in personal and small group fitness training, including Boxing and HIIT. Their philosophy is simple: it's all about the client's goals. Duran Training does not provide generic workouts, but specifically designed exercises to meet each individual's needs. They even offer the convenience of coming to you if you can't make it to them.
