My name is Rod Hernandez. I am a CalArts—California Institute of the Arts—alumni (class of 2015–Theatre, Acting), former Community Arts Partnership scholarship awardee and teaching artist, Instructor at Cal Poly Pomona, US Navy Veteran, actor, and current educator. The educational programs at CalArts changed the trajectory of my future, not only professionally, but emotionally, and personally. I aim to return what I was so graciously granted.

I am a US Navy Veteran, teacher, writer, actor, and producer from Los Angeles based in Los Angeles . I’ve been the lead in one big film, countless commercials, and many stage productions.

All the best and warmest regards,

Rod
