We offer a personalized Fitness Program. Connect with us virtually to experience a very fun and motivational workout session with fresh and never repeat routines every week!
We offer a video gallery for participants that prefer to go on their on time and pace. Our workouts go from 20,30 or 45 mins. Get your work done using minimal equipment, transform your home space into your private studio and stay fit and healthy with our Body By Bombyfitt Fitness Program.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
If you're new and would like to join the team, you're more than welcome to get a 1 week free trial with the Body By Bombyfitt Fitness Program and enjoy 7 days of different fitness formats, including dance, strength, endurance, cardio based workouts and more!!
Our goal is for you to stay training with us and to be part of our Bombyfitt community by singing up for the monthly membership and stay fit, strong and active with our nutrition plan and more features included on our free app.

How did you get started teaching?
I've always been around Fitness and dancing, since I was a little girl I started participating on dance competitions and I got more into fitness when I stayed workouts for a gym.
What types of students have you worked with?
I worked with all types of students, mostly woman.
I have very young participants who are looking to stay active and fit, others trying to stay motivated and lose weight and feel better about themselves, also participants over 70 years old who are looking for maintaining their muscle mass, stay strong and work with their mobility and prevent injuries.
