I reached out to Morgyn and she assessed the pain and the trauma which it was connected to and built a rehabilitation program based on my needs, with a focus on core strengthening and dance movement – from a more feminine/yin space. Over time, I started to notice a significant decrease in tightness and inflammation and a definition in my ab muscles – all without strenuous exercising. I find that to be a huge bonus in addition to healing trauma through somatic therapy, increasing my flexibility and range of movement in a very holistic way. I’m very grateful to have found her healing work and benefit from her sessions in numerous ways. I’m excited to get back to dancing!
