Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, we schedule a phone or video consultation to match you with the perfect teacher for your needs and schedule. During our consultation, we’ll also chat a bit about why you want to take lessons, your previous experiences, and what your goals are. I'll then send you the information on one of our fantastic teachers, and you decide if you want to work with them or not.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our teachers have music degrees and various performance credits making them experts in their field.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1. Ask about your and your teachers schedule. I recommend taking one lesson per week at the same time, planning it into your life, so you make progress and don't end up rescheduling all the time. 2. Ask about your teacher's philosophy on the voice and teaching. It should resonate with you and your singing goals. 3. Definitely think about budget. Most teachers offer different timings at different price levels, but the more time you can devote in a week, the better off you'll be.
