About
Currently, I am finishing my last semester at San Diego State, working towards a degree in Communications. I have played division 1 tennis at two universities (University of Alabama, San Diego State University) I worked with Nick Bollettieri in Bradenton Florida at IMG Academies (full-time student, alumni). My UTR stands at about 13.0 and I compete in all the future/national/Men's open tournaments inside and out of the country. My father held an ATP rank of 21 in the world for singles and 4 in the world for doubles. I love working with players who are motivated to elevate their game and make improvements. I have worked at a number of clubs around the country and have experience with all ages and levels of play!

-Expectations and Process overview
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have played tennis since a very young age and have traveled all over the world competing at a high level. I have trained at two world-famous tennis academies as a junior (Saddlebrook, IMG Academies). I have worked with a countless number of coaches at every level of the game (Jr, Collegiate, Professional). I am an easy going coach/training willing to accommodate for my students. I am an excellent listening hence my education in Communications at SDSU. I have experienced the sport in its entirety and I am still learning, competing, and sharing what I know with others who share the same passion for tennis!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
This depends on the type of lesson and level of play the student is at as well as the frequency of lessons and where I am commuting to. I work with national ranked Juniors and the lesson usually consists of hitting/live ball drills as well as set play. My rate is usually $50 an hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I have worked side by side with my father hitting in on his lessons and learning the mechanics of the game. More recently I have been teaching Nationally ranked players around the country, and have helped organize clinics/private lessons at Rancho Santa Fe Country club.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students at every level. From feeding Junior players to WTA players such as Coco Vandeweghe preparing for Grand Slam appearances.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about what you want out of your tennis game. Know what you want to improve on as well as your expectation. Having goals is key in moving forward especially in tennis!
