Welcome! I'm a retired High School Teacher with about 40 years of teaching experience. Learning a Foreign Language is fun and it'll expand your horizons by learning new cultures and meeting new people. I taught from Spanish 1 to Advanced Placement Spanish Language and Advanced Placement Spanish Literature at LAUSD and Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District. I'm a grandmother of five and love teaching and learning.

Students learn fast what they really need, when they really need it. I get what they need first and work in the rest when they want it. I started tutoring ESL about twenty years ago at college level and discovered my passion for teaching practical ways to learn the language to students who even knew much grammar but couldn't practically applied.

I was born in Peru. I am fluently in speaking, reading and writing Spanish. I have many years of experience teaching. I like to give my 100% when I teach students and make sure that they understand and learn what I am teaching them. I feel very rewarding when I am able to help students learn something new and see that they feel acomplished.
