The energy is wonderful. Angel takes her time with each student. Figures out their stumbling blocks and within a small fragment of time were moving gracefully. Shes knowledgeable and encouraging. Just has a wonderful spirit.

I feel Angela is very patient, Enjoys teaching her students knows exactly what to do. Which makes her a great instructor.

The instructor Angela knows how to REALLY DANCE and is very patient with all the students.

This is my first time taking dance lessons and I will definitely continue with her.

Angie Porter is a phenomenal instructor and person. She has honed her craft and is able to transfer that knowledge without intimidating her students. She is patient and encourages everyone to always practice THEIR dance and not hers. She teaches and reteaches basic fundamentals. Then, she encourages you to find your comfort zone in your style of dancing. She is consistent and always eager to help students elevate their dance. She should be commended for her contributions to the steppin community!

Additionally, she is particularly gifted in teaching the male lead. I enjoy watching her male students engage in the dance from the female perspective. Her male students are always eager to learn new techniques and perfect others. Plus, they get to practice lessons learned every Thursday night at the after class set.
