I am a graduate of the Hartt School of Music of the University of Hartford in CT. I taught music in the schools for many years including piano and Choral. I also have a Madters degree in Special Education. I meet my piano student wherever their needs are when they begin with me. My most important goal is helping the student enjoy the music and understand musical interpretation and expression. I use theory, technique, lessons, and repertoire. I studied music at RCC and CSUF. I have been playing trombone for 30 years, and have performed all around the world. I was trained in paint and other coatings from Behr, Ralph Lauren, Martha Stewert, Valspar and Sherwin William's. I am a published poet. I like helping people feel confident about that they do. Mistakes are going to happen! Thank goodness for that! They are tools for learning. It is what we do after we make mistakes or to avoid making the mistakes that makes us professionals.
