Join me in this centuries old dance we call Bellydance💞 It is a fun way to meet new friends and also get a total body workout. Bellydancing strengthens quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, arms, and back muscles. By strengthening back muscles, it promotes good posture and prevents back injuries.

Diana is the best instructor I’ve had in any class ever. What I love about her is that if I don’t understand something she finds a way to explain it so that I do understand. She really works with each student individually even in a class setting. She’s also very patient and positive. I walk into class feeling intimidated and I leave feeling loved and accomplished.
